lyrics
SI LO VES QUEMARSE, DÉJALO ARDER
Era un cielo de cristal
que se destrozó, y bajó el amor
era un tiempo de ansiedad,
que nos capturó y nos devoró
Cielo, infierno, qué se yo
no quise olvidar
y luego se perdió
Si lo ves quemarse, déjalo arder
Sé muy bien lo que pasó, lo sé
Era un triste carnaval
Que se terminó
fué un gran adios
quiero el cuerpo del amor
se entierre en mi piel
y me ahogue en placer
--------------------------------------------
IF YOU SEE IT BURN, LET IT BURN
It was a crystal sky
that was destroyed, and love fell
It was a time of anxiety
that captured us and devoured us
Heaven, hell, what do I know
I did not want to forget
and then it was lost
If you see it burn, let it burn
I know very well what happened, I know
It was a sad carnival
what's over
it was a great goodbye
I want the body of love
buries itself in my skin
and I drowned in pleasure

This is unexpectedly becoming one of my favorite Dots releases, period, along with Malachai and several other late ‘80s-‘90s highlights (my favorite LPD era). So happy to see some last copies of the gorgeous-looking LP on Bandcamp after making the mistake of not buying at the SF show. Walter Campbell

Up there with Chyekk, Tanith, Albion... Looping this back-to-back with Songs of Solitude and dancing my ass off! (Sorry I lost my original comments b/c I closed my Bandcamp account in a pet over constant reCAPTCHA obstruction. It preserved my purchases but not comments.) So much incredible music from this artist even since this recent release! sun-dappled-dacy
A soothing, yet stimulating, set of ambient-adjacent electronic tracks influenced by ’80s Japanese new age music and euclidian music theory. Bandcamp New & Notable Jul 6, 2022
